i like the black background of this, but the other was much cleaner looking.
the thing is, no editing of your posts is really a drag. typos, etc., are bad enough but if you say something that can be taken the wrong way, feelings can be hurt pretty quickly...
then again, 3 minutes may be faster than i am.
The black background is a little hard on my eyes, especially after looking at brighter pages.
Being able to edit your posts is a very, very good thing, IMO.
Three minutes is a bit too short, though. Most forums I post at have a 30-minute window to edit and correct posts.
I'm good with it, less stark than the black. But really whatever works best for you. I think we'll all get used to whatever.
Would you prefer a "regular" forum like the one at Open Photography Forums? This one lacks some of the usual features, like the ability to embed a large image without resizing and the ability to edit posts long after making them. It has some nice features as I mentioned above, but I'm happy to go with one of the more mainstream forum platforms if that is preferable. What do you think?
